Armor
There are 5 types of armor in the game. Armor absorbs damage up to a threshold depending on the type and level of enhancement. Armor can be cursed or enhanced, increasing or decreasing the amount of damage absorbed, player walk speed, and the required strength.
Wearing armor that is too heavy for the current Strength score will cause decreased dodge and walk speed. This will in turn cause hunger to advance faster (when measured in number of steps). |
Rogues get a bonus to their dodge ability when they wear light armor. The dodge bonus is increased with each point of strength beyond what is required to wear the armor (dodgeBonus = strength - base Armor Strength + armor Enhancement).
Class specific armors can be made by using an armor kit on a piece of armor. This will give the hero a special abiltiy through the armor. Armor is identified after the Hero is successfully hit 10 times whilst wearing the armor. |
